internet speed test my upload is way less than my download

So their engineer told me the issue was my ISP's backbone provider by the name of Liberty Global. That did solve my issue for a couple of days but then the issue reappeared.

I emailed their support and man, they're very knowledgeable on this stuff because their network engineer did some rerouting so that a troublesome provider would never be part of the traceroute ever again. In the past I've had some connection issues to my Paperspace cloud computer. One of the 2 VPS's I am troubleshooting now is Paperspace.
